To Get The Alerts You Have To Buy The Subscription Plan.

On The Top Right There Is A Button “Show Plans” From Where You Can Explore And Buy All Plans.
Select Any Plan Then Click On The Button “Proceed To Checkout” To Complete The Buying On Subscription Plan.
Now Enter The Details In All Required Fields And Click On The “Pay” Button.
After Clicking On The “Pay” Button, Wait For Payment Processing Then You Will Be Redirected To The Next Page Where You Will See Your Subscription is Complete And Features And Details Of Your Bought Subscription Plan.
Now Click On The “Go To Subscriptions “You Will See Your Subscription Details.
Now You Will See The Card Above Where You Can See The Details About Next Month’s Invoice Of Your Subscription Plan.
Here You Can Even Change The Plan Or Cancel Your Current Subscription.
Below That You Have A Search Bar To Search Your Subscriptions History.
Then You Have A Subscriptions Table With A Listing Where You Will Find All Details About Your Subscriptions.
On The Bottom You Can Filter The Rows Per Page.

Log In

Open your web browser and go to https://app.iottechnologies.io.

Click on the “Sign in” button, Enter your Login Credentials, Email and Password.
Click the “Sign in” Button to Access Your Account.
If You’ve Forgotten Your Password, Click The “Forgot Your Password” Link To Reset It.
If You Have A Google or Apple Account, You Can Use It To Login To DripX.
If You Encounter Any Issues During The Login Process, Double-Check The Following:
- Ensure Your Email Address And Password Are Entered Correctly.
- Make Sure Your Caps Lock Key Is Turned Off.
- Clear Your Browser’s Cache And Cookies If You Experience Login Problems.
- Contact Our Customer Support Team By Clicking On The WhatsApp Button If You Continue To Face Issues.

Avoid sharing Your Password With Anyone And Be Cautious Of Phishing Attempts.

Sign Up

Open your web browser and go to https://app.iottechnologies.io.

Click on the “Sign Up” button, at the bottom right of the homepage.
On the Sign-Up page you have to enter Name, Email, Phone number, Password (combination of letters, numbers, characters).
Confirm Password: Retype your password.
Coupon: Enter a coupon for trial if you have the coupon (code otherwise you can skip it).

Once you’ve entered your information, click the “Signup” button
Once you sign up, you will receive OTP code on your email id enter OTP to complete process.
After email verification, you’ll be directed to your profile page. If you have a Google or Apple account, you can use it to get Signup to DripX.
Complete your profile by providing additional details, such as your profile picture, time zone, and any other requested information.

Venues

Open your web browser and go to https://app.iottechnologies.io/venues .

On The Top Right You Have A Search Bar Where You Can Search Your Venues.
Right Next To it There is A Button Where You Can Add Your New Venue.
While Adding The Venue You Have To Enter The Information in All Required Fields. For The Address Field, You Can Manually Enter The Address Or Can Use The Suggested Results.
After Adding The Venue, You Can See It In The Venue Listing And You Can Even Add More
Venues, in The Venues Table You Can See The Details About The Venue.
In The Last Column Of The Venues Table There Are Two Action Buttons For Editing Or Deleting The Venue.
On The Bottom You Can Filter The Rows Per Page.

Devices

To Add The Device, You Have To Install DripX Mobile App In Your Smartphone.
Open The App And Logins To Your Account.
Tap On Venue Next Tap On Add Device Button.
Click On Scan Device Button To Scan The DripX Devices.
Now Tap On The Connect Button To Connect Your Specific DripX Device.
Then You Will Be Redirected To The Next Screen Where You Will Find The Details About Your Connecting DripX Device So Verify If This Device You Want To Add Or Not. Then Tap On Next Button.
Now Enter The Device Name, Unit Number, And Location In The Input Fields. Then Tap On Register Button.
Now You Will Be Redirected To The Next Screen Where You Need To Calibrate The DripX Device So Now Tap On Calibrate Button And Wait For Some Time Until You Found Success Or Failure Indication. Then Tap On Next Button.
Now Put The Device In Tank, Check The Box And Press Place Button.
On Next Screen Pop-Up Appear “Place Your Device In Water Tank For Al Model Training Purpose”.

When You Click On Next Screen, Pop-Up Appear “Yes. Device Is in Tank”.
On Next Screen Pop-Up Will Appear “Please Wait Until Your Device Stabilize Before Initiating Al Training. Once Device is Stable For At Training Purpose.
Click On Next Screen, Where You Can See 5 Flushes Options We Have To Do 5 Flushes Starting From Flush-1.
Now You Will Be Redirected To The Next Screen Where You Need To Connect Your Dripx Device to Wi-Fi Network. So Tap On The Specific Wi-Fi Network And Enter The Password Of That Network. Click On Next Button And Wait For DripX Device To Connect With Wi-Fi Network.
Now Go Through The Process Finish Screens.
In The End, You Will Be Prompted About Enabling The Leak Alerts So Select It By Your Own Choice.
Now The Device Is Added Successfully And You Can See Your Device in Device List On Mobile App And Even On Web App.
Below Given Operations Will Be Performed On The Web App.
On The Top Left You Have A Search Bar Where You Can Search Your Devices.
Now Your DripX Device Will Be Listed In The Devices Table Where You Can Find All Details About Your Device.

Dashboard

On The Top You Can See Different Widgets Where You Can See Details About Total Devices, Total Venues, Total Payments, And Alerts.
Below That You Get Pie Charts For Subscriptions, Devices, Invoices, Device Type.
Then Below You Can See A Wide Chart For Subscriptions.
In Graph You Can See Details About Water Leaks & Device Alerts.
On The Bottom You Can See A Table Where You Can See Invoices Details.

Alerts

Open your web browser and go to https://app.iottechnologies.io/alerts .

On The Top Left You Have A Search Bar Where You Can Search Leak Alerts.
Below That There Is A Table For Alerts Listing Where You Can Find All Details About Leak Alerts.
If You Want To Delete The Alerts So You Can Select Them From The Checkbox Button Which Is Located On The First Column Of The Alerts Table. You Can Delete Single Or Multiple Alerts.
In The Last Column There is A Three Dot’s Menu, Where You Perform Certain Actions.
On The Bottom You Can Filter The Rows Per Page.

Log Out

To Log Out From DripX Account, Click On The Profile Avatar Icon.
Now Click On The Logout Button.

Profile

Click On Profile Button, You Will See All Your Personal Details.
Here You Can Change Your Information Except Email. You Can Even Change Your Profile Avatar.
On The Top You Will See The Indicator Where You Can Know The Profile Completion Status.

Settings

In Setting Button, Two Text Buttons Are Visible, First One is “Notifications” And The Second One is “Advance Settings”.
By Clicking On Notifications Button You Will See All The Settings About Notifications For Different Modules And You Can Change Your Notification Settings From There.
By Clicking On The Advanced Settings Button You Will See The Settings About Some Controls So You Can Control The Tools & Elements With Your Own Choice.

Activity Log

On The Top Right You Have A Search Bar Where You Can Search Your Activity Logs.
Below That You Have A Table With Activity Logs Listing Where You Can Find All Details About Your Activity Logs.
On The Bottom You Can Filter The Rows Per Page.

Payments

On The Top Right You Have A Search Bar Where You Can Search Your Payments.
Below That You Have A Table With Payments Listing Where You Can Find All Details About Payments.
On The Bottom You Can Filter The Rows Per Page.

Invoices

On The Left Side, Click On Invoice, Where You Can See A List Of Invoices Table Where You Can Find All Details About Invoices.
Click On Download Button To Downloaded Invoices(PDF).
Click On URL Button In Payment URL, You Will Be Redirected To The Invoice URL From Where You Can Download The Invoice Or Receipt.
On The Bottom You Can Filter The Rows Per Page.

Navigation

On The Left You Can Find Different Modules To Explore More About DripX Modules.
On The Top Left There Is A Menu Button By Which You Can Expand/Collapse The Left Navigation Panel.
On The Top Right There Are A Few Buttons Where You Can Get Some More Features.
In Tour Guide Button You Can Get S Guide About All Elements Of Any Specific Page.
In Notifications Button You Can See All The Notifications And You Can Mark Them Read Or Can View All The Notifications.
Then There Is A Profile Icon Where You Can Update Your Profile Information, Change Settings, And Can Log Out From Your DripX Account.
