We offer a 30-day refund policy on all eligible NoliX® products purchased directly from our official website or authorized sellers.

Eligibility for Refund

The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.
Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Refund

Contact NoliX® Support at avi@nolix.ai with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Ship the product back to the address provided by our support team.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or the incorrect item was sent.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation.
Items returned without original packaging or required accessories.
Customized or special-order products.

4. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact NoliX® Support within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
