Yes, the NoliX® Gateway requires an internet connection (Wi-Fi or LAN) to send notifications to your app. Devices such as TrapX® Pro and DripX® use long-range, low-power communication to connect to the Gateway — not directly to Wi-Fi — ensuring stable and reliable performance even in large spaces.

4. How do I set up my NoliX® devices?
All NoliX® products are designed for quick plug-and-play setup:

  • Power on the NoliX® Gateway and connect it to your network

  • Install your devices (TrapX® or DripX®) where needed

  • Pair them via the NoliX® App to start receiving alerts instantly

5. How long do the batteries last?
Each NoliX® device is engineered for long-term reliability. TrapX® Pro sensors and DripX® leak detectors offer up to 10 years of battery life, depending on usage and environment.

6. Can I use TrapX® and DripX® together?
Yes. Both devices connect to the same NoliX® Gateway and are managed within a single mobile app, giving you a unified dashboard for leak prevention and pest detection.
